The simplest raising agent! Baking Powder reacts with heat to cause your bread, dough or biscuits to rise into a light fluffy texture. Not to be confused with Baking Soda (Bicarb) which is much stronger!
This is a double action baking powder - normally for professional use, now available for you at home!
