CARDAMOM WHOLE PODS

It comes in two types and is used as whole pods, seeds, or ground. It is preferable to purchase Whole Cardamom Pods rather than Ground Cardamom as the pods retain the full flavour. You can break them up and grind the seeds using a mortar and pestle for a much stronger flavour.
