Grandma would be proud! Also known as a “Bishop’s Cake”, this is an old-school style of cake that is packed with beautiful glace fruit, nuts & cherries. It is deliciously rich and when thinly sliced, light penetrates the glace fruit pieces, resembling the stained glass windows of a church.

Kit contains: Glace Fruit, Pitted Dates, Brown Sugar, Brazil Nuts, SR Flour, Recipe Card, No Plastic!

You need to add: 90g Butter/Margarine, 2 Eggs, 1tsp Vanilla Extract or Paste, 1T Brandy or Rum
